Important Notes to Pre-ordering
-Pre-order request FULL payment after orders are confirmed. And orders will be cancelled if payment is not made by the deadline given. (Usually is 3 days after orders are confirmed for booking purposes) -No refund will be made for cancellation after confirmation unless items are out of stock.
-Items are imported from overseas and usually take a week or more to deliver after placing order.
-There might be delays in delivery due to unforseen shipment and custom checking delay. Should there be any delay, we will inform you via email or SMS.
-Refund Policy: ~I only refund Full Amount if the items is out of stock / sold out. ~All items sold / paid are not refundable / exchange.
-Please note that there may be slight colour variation between products and pictures due to computer settings, limitation in photography so I hereby seek for your kind understanding. Thus, no exchange or refund are allowed.
-I shall not be responsible for or any minor thread frays, claim of cutting or design item that is not good or up to your expectation, deliberate damage of item, item worn or wash before. As such, it is strictly non exchangable or non refundable as stated above. However, all feedbacks shall be sent to the manufacturer and I will do my best to request for an exchange for your item(s). Once your item is allow for 1 to 1 Exchange, please return the item within 2 days and must be in original condition when returning to me.
Any costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser, ranging around 8 SGD to 50 SGD. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
-Buyers who expect immediate delivery or couldn't accommodated with our time line of delivery, pls do not place your order with us as to avoid uneccessary dispute or arguements.
Terms and Conditions (MUST READ)
-There are strictly no return. -An exchange will be done only when the item(s) sent to you is incorrect or *defected. (*defected like hole in the item, stain on the item cannot be remove.) -Exchange must be make 5 days after receiving of item. -There may be a difference of 0.5"-1" in our given measurement. In such case, the variance amy not be consider as a defect. -Wrong size or colour ordered cannot be exchange. -Colors of product may differ due to calibration of individual's computer. -Smarties Shopaholic will not be held responsible for any lost parcels/damaged of items should you not opt for registered mail. -We will not be responsible forlost in mail or any damages in the delivery of items as we make sure all items are in good condition before mailing out out. Therefore, registered mail and request of postpac envelope used are recommended. -Smarties Shopaholic reserve the rights amend any of the above terms and conditions.
Return Policies
If you have receive a defected or incorrect item, please drop us a email at smartiesshopaholic@gmail.com and we will confirm the exchange details. (as stated in terms and conditions, variance of 0.5"-1' of measurement is not cnsidered as defected) All exchange have to be done 7 days after delivery of parcel. Item must be intact with the original love, tag & label. It must be in brand new condition; not worn or washed. Smarties Shopaholic will not offer cash refund unless the exact same item that is pending is out of stock. Smarties Shopaholic does not offer return due to unsuitability.
